    RECIPE: Healthy Pancakes

    During my period of sugar detox, I was craving a lot of sweets. How did I survive? I tricked my mind into eating healthy pancakes. Once a week, we prepared Healthy Pancakes to take away that crave for sugar that was attacking us in the middle of the week. We used to eat them on Thursday or Friday, those days of the week when the desire felt uncontrollable and the self control a little weaker. The recipe is pretty simple.
